Elgin Community College students are eligible to receive special Roosevelt transfer scholarships:

• Presidential and Provost Partner Scholarships are awarded to students who have completed an associate's degree from Elgin Community College.  Download the scholarship application form.

2+2 Programs (Degree Completion Programs)

2+2 programs allow Elgin Community College students to plan the first two years of selected majors to assure that the classes they take will transfer into Roosevelt University to meet the requirements for the bachelor’s degree.
