Saturdays or nights, complete the degree at your pace. You decide when to take courses.

Our program is successful for many students who may have a full-time job or other obligations because our program:

  • is available for full-time or part-time students
  • offered weekday evenings and Saturdays
  • allows you the flexibility to choose when and which courses best fit your schedule
  • offers classes in Chicago, Schaumburg. See the Catalog.

The program's flexible scheduling allows you to complete the program at your pace. On average our students complete the program in two years.

Some institutions suggest a long list of electives, but a very short list of those that ever actually occur. So look beyond our core course list. Search the class schedule and see all the electives that are offered.

A program for practitioners

Many prestigious universities focus their programs on communication theory, especially at the graduate level. They are preparing people for an academic career. But we are focused on preparing the people who will lead marketing communications in the business world.

Wherever sophisticated communications theories will help to meet that goal, you’ll find them here. But you’ll also find a great body of expertise in how to build a brand – how to make things happen for companies, non-profits and other institutions.

A world-class faculty

The full-time IMC faculty at Roosevelt University is unlike any other. Every one of them has distinguished academic credentials. Every one of them is a teacher, first and foremost. And every one of them has had a successful career in the IMC business:

  • building brands
  • creating reputations
  • designing communications
  • managing crises
  • developing and launching new products

That’s who will lead you, mentor you, show you how it’s done and help you to launch your career.
