ELOC 664 INTERN IN ED LEADER: PART II
Working with a local educational leader, students develop the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes for coping with the problems of educational leadership at an actual site with a site supervisor. Variety of projects related to educational leadership and organizational change; curriculum development; staff supervision, evaluation and development; the financial and legal management of educational institutions; long-range planning; communication with parents and the community.
