Welcome to the Chicago Public Schools Student Teaching Program!

The CPS Student Teaching Program is designed to attract outstanding pre-service teachers by offering a unique urban teaching experience, support, and guidance through the final phases of the traditional teacher certification program. All students seeking to complete their student teaching in the district are required to complete this district student teaching application process.  If you reside in the North, Northwest, Evanston/Skokie or South Suburban areas it is strongly recommended that you complete this application.
