Graduate Study at Roosevelt

Applicants for graduate programs at Roosevelt:

  • Have completed or are finishing a bachelor’s degree
  • Are seeking a second master's degree in a new field
  • Would like to take graduate level classes as a student-at-large (a non degree-seeking student).

Roosevelt University awards master's and doctoral degrees from six academic colleges: Heller College of Business, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education, College of Professional Studies, College of Pharmacy, and Chicago College of Performing Arts.

Eligibility

To be admitted as a graduate student for the purpose of seeking an advanced degree, you must be a graduate of an accredited four-year college or university. All other admission eligibility requirements are determined by each college, school or department.

Application Process

The process of applying to a graduate degree at the Roosevelt is centralized except for the College of Pharmacy and the Chicago College of Performing Arts. Many of the university's schools and departments have different deadlines as well as specific requirements and additional materials for graduate admission.  Please check the list of application requirements by major/program for additional information that may be needed for your admission application.

Complete your application online.  The application fee is $25.  If you need assistance with the graduate admission process, please contact the Office of Admission.

Transcripts

Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to:

Roosevelt University Office of Admission

A transcript is considered “official” when it is embossed with the institutional seal and delivered in a sealed envelope on institutional stationery.
