Eminent scholars and wrongfully convicted individuals come together to speak up on miscarriages of justice, wrongful convictions, and where the system fails. David Harris studies, writes, and teaches about police behavior and regulation, law enforcement, and national security issues and the law. Professor Harris (University of Pittsburgh) is the leading national authority on racial profiling.
