Celebrate Oyez Review

Event Date: 02/11/2013
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: Gage Gallery

Oyez Review, Roosevelt's award-winning literary magazine, is thrilled to announce its fortieth anniversary issue, the first in its history to feature full-color artwork. Please mark your calendar for the premier reading on Monday, Feb. 11, at 5 p.m. in the Gage Gallery

The featured reader will be Jake Wrenn, whose writing has been published previously in The Point, The Handshake, and Palooka. Jake’s essay, “Disaster, in Fragments,” is one of the highlights of this special Oyez Review

The reading is free and open to the public, so invite your friends, acquaintances, hangers-on, and members of your entourage. The issue will be on sale at the reading, or pick up a copy at the Roosevelt Bookstore. Give your valentine the literary gift that keeps on giving: one hundred pages of the finest contemporary American literature, with artwork by Chicago’s own Chuck Jones.
