The Office of the University Registrar is responsible for:

• Maintaining student academic records 

• Registration, Add/Drop and Withdrawal procedures

• Transcript services 

• Graduation and Commencement services

• Evaluation of credit transferred from other institutions

• Maintaining academic class schedules, including key dates for each term

• Maintaining RU Access - a secure portal to student academic records, financial aid status, schedules, student accounts, and other information.  Log in here or view instructions.

Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar supports the social mission of Roosevelt University; adheres to and helps create institutional policies; and preserves the integrity and confidentiality of student academic records while complying with all state and federal regulations.

The Office advises on and administers academic policy, provides leadership on technological methods, and provides services for enrollment, class scheduling, transfer credit evaluation, and graduation.
