WHAT IS THIS?

The Blackberry phone from Verizon Wireless is the only university-issued and supported cell phone that can be connected to the RU email system. These phones allow you to connect to your Exchange email account, synchronizing your email, contacts, calendars, and notes.

Email your request for a Blackberry to the CIO’s office, sdorris@roosevelt.edu 

SUPPORT

The Help Desk provides support for Blackberrys. Blackberry users should not contact Verizon for support. If your phone is lost or stolen, contact the Help Desk immediately.
