RU ACCESS

WHAT IS THIS?

RU Access is a secure web tool for Roosevelt students, faculty and staff to access information about themselves, their classes and students.

Students may use it to:

• Check registration status, register, add or drop classes, view class schedule View/print grades, print unofficial or request official transcripts, print enrollment verification, apply for graduation
• View holds, review charges/payments, select payment plan, print promissory note, make a deposit, make credit card payment, view withdrawal/refund information, view deposits
• Access statement and payment history
• Submit an application for housing for the upcoming academic year

Employees may use it to:

• Report time worked (Student and Part-Time Hourly Employees)
• Report time off (Administrators)
• View details about current benefits and deductions, also current leave balances
• View pay stubs, direct deposit allocation, and earnings & deduction history
• View Federal W-4 filing status and access links to tax forms

All users may:

• Change PIN, Security Questions 
• View and update:  email address, address and phone number, emergency contacts
• Get name change and social security number change information
• Update marital status

WHO IS IT FOR?

Roosevelt Students, Faculty and Staff

HOW DO I GET IT?

All enrolled students and all active faculty and staff will have an RU Access account.  Log in from Roosevelt University’s home page. User ID - Roosevelt University ID number beginning with 9. It is on your Photo ID card following the 5-digit library code; 23311.

PIN - First time RU Access users, and PIN resets: Enter your birth date in MMDDYY format. If your birth date does not work, try the last 6 digits of your student or faculty ID number.
Primary pins that become disabled can be reset for students at the Registrar's Office at either campus or faculty and staff resets can be done via the Help Desk.
