Email

Instructions for using Faculty Email

Emailing students:  Students are on a different email system from Faculty and will not show up in the address book in Outlook.  An easy way to email your students is to use the email facility in the Learning Management System (LMS) associated with your course, either Blackboard or Moodle.  Click here for more information on our LMSs.

Instructions for using your phone and voice mail (the "voice mail" link will require access to the RU Web Restricted area - please contact the Help Desk)

Other Facilities

Adobe Connect  is a web conferencing tool that can be used to create your own video conference, teach a course to remote students, share your desk top with colleagues or set up virtual office hours. If you would like to explore Adobe Connect please contact Dave Basener (email) in the ITS Office of Instructional Technology. To request an Adobe Connect account, please open a request through the ITS Help Desk.
