RUWIFI Wireless Network

RUWiFi is the new Roosevelt wireless network. It was installed in the summer of 2010 and is now live, providing 100% coverage in all campus buildings. All students and employees may authorize RUWiFi.

RUGUEST is a service provided to authorized guests of the university. To obtain a temporary RUGUEST account, please call the Help Desk, 312-341-4357. Only Roosevelt University employees may request RUGUEST accounts on behalf of guests.

Authentication Instructions

Faculty/Staff

  • Use your RU credentials. These are the same user name/password you use to login to your computer or email.

Students

  • User name: Your user name is the first part of your Mail address. If your Mail address is jdoe@mail.roosevelt.edu, your user name is jdoe.
  • Password: Your RU Access password.
