Eisenberg Competition

Posted: 04/17/2012

A team of Roosevelt real estate students competed in the Second Annual Midwest Real Estate Challenge sponsored by the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation on April 14th.  The Roosevelt Team was one of seven university teams and we would like to congratulate Marquette University on being the competition winner.  This was the first time Roosevelt competed and we wish to congratulate the Roosevelt Team on the excellent case study of the USX site which they developed inclusive of a complete development program, financing strategy, detailed site plan, and a comprehensive board and visual presentation.  The team included David Lambiaso, Chase Morris, Drakia Wilkins, Allan Crimer, Araceli Corona and Milo Aguilar.  The "boards" and site plans will be on display in the Marshall Bennett Institute at both the Gage and in the new Wabash Building in mid-June and we invite Faculty, Advisory Board members, and students to come view this exciting and excellent work.
