Snack Café

Just like the lively neighborhood cafés of Chicago, Snack is a gathering place for our faculty, staff, students and beyond. The staff is friendly, reliable and eager to please. Nowhere in Chicago will you enjoy such thoughtful, accessible food and fresh-brewed coffee in a casual setting for lunch or dinner. Or, visit the café for an afternoon snack to go with a relaxing cup of joe or a deep, rich cup of espresso.

  All of our soups are made in our kitchens here at the Schaumburg campus from scratch - we have no canned, bagged or pre-purchased soups.  If you don’t believe us, please come by and you can watch!  Our soups are made with chicken, vegetable or veal stock that are also made from scratch.  For those of you who have wheat allergies - we do not make our soups from roux and we do not thicken our soups with flour or corn starch.  Just yummy delicious love from the Chef.
