Disability Services

Welcome to the Roosevelt's Office of Disability Services (DS), a part of the Academic Success Center (ASC). Our staff are committed to providing you with the support and services needed to allow you the opportunity to participate in the rich and varied life of the university.

We hope to get to know each of you personally while you are a student. We also expect that your academic career here will be a successful and enriching experience. We’ve designed the following pages to help get you on your way.

Please use the information, procedures, and forms available here. We strongly believe that we all need to work together so that the quality of service meets your needs. This is a shared responsibility, and we are most effective when we learn about a problem immediately. So let us know in a timely way how things are going.

Bookmark this page and keep it handy for reference, and if something arises that is not covered here, please contact any staff member of the Academic Success Center. We work hard to make our services and policies “user friendly,” but are always open to your ideas and suggestions for improvements.

From all of us at the ASC, we wish you success in your academic pursuits!
