Why Mentors? Finding the One (or More) Who’s Out There For Each of Us

Whether or not we are conscious of it, none of us goes through our entire education, work or “life” life without identifying special someone(s) with whom we share, learn from, commiserate, collaborate. Soul mate? (Perhaps). Friend? (Possibly not). Teacher? (in some ways, absolutely). We will explore and discuss how mentoring relationships develop; how mentors and mentees discover one another; and how the relationship improves quality of life for each one in it.
