The Montesquieu Forum will host a lecture by Richard Velkley - Celia Scott Weatherhead Professor of Philosophy at Tulane University - on "The Defect in the Natural Origin and the Problem of Law: Reflections on Rousseau’s Second Discourse and Social Contract” on Monday, November 16 at 4 p.m. in the Sullivan Room of the Auditorium Building.
