The Roosevelt University Institute for Politics is hosting the Third Annual Herb and Eileen Franks Seminar on Elections and Politics - "2010 Illinois Politics: Statewide and Legislative Contests" - on Monday, November 16 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. in Alumni Hall at the Schaumburg Campus. The distinguished panel includes Kevin Artl (Political Director, Illinois Republican Organization), Steve Brown (Press Secretary to Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan), Rich Miller (Capitol Fax Blog) and Joseph Ryan (Daily Herald political reporter).
