Don' t forget to access your MyMail account to keep up with changes for the school year. 

If you haven' t already set up your Spring 2010 schedule, register now. Also, if you intend to use financial aid to pay for your tuition, fees, and housing, be certain your FAFSA is filed and paperwork is completed.

If you encounter a registration hold, you may view your E-bill on RU Access.

Tuition Pay

Tuition Pay through Sallie Mae is available to students who wish to make multiple paymentsIf you choose the extended payment plan on RuAccess, you will be linked to the Sallie Mae website to set up recurring automatically debited payments.

Plan Options Available now:   Spring 2010

Flat fees for the plans are: Annual $65, one semester only $45.

The Spring Only Plan is for 5 payments if you sign up by 12/05/09,

4 payments if you sign up by 01/05/10, and 3 payments if you sign up by 02/05/10.

How to set up your Sallie Mae payment plan:

*Estimate your total tuition, fees, housing and insurance charges (if applicable). *Factor any scholarships, aid, or loans into your payments (charges minus

  financial aid).

*Input your credit card information (Mastercard, American Express orDiscover

  Card, Visa is not accepted) OR bank account information (account number

  routing number) for E-check.

*Payments will be automatically deducted from the bank account or charged to

  the credit card.

If funds are not available, you will be charged an insufficient funds fee.

A convenience fee is charged for the credit card authorization; no fee is charged for the E-check.

You may contact Sallie Mae at 800-635-0120 or access the website at tuitionpay.salliemae.com/tuitionpay.

Refunds through Higher One

(Higher One-toll free number 877-327-9515)

Students first attending Roosevelt University will receive a mailing from Higher One that includes a personalized Easy Refund card. The card will be green with the RU logo on it. When you receive the card, please go online to www.easyrefundcard.com and select your refund choice. If you do not receive a card, please contact the Student Accounts Office for assistance.

Here' s how to get started:

*Go to www.easyrefundcard.com and select  Roosevelt University

*Enter your card number in the "Get Started" area and click the "Activate"

  button.

*Your refund delivery options are: Easy Refund to the Easy Refund Debit Card- funds available in one day, or Electronic Transfer (ACH) funds available in two or three business days.
