Your transcript is the official record of your academic career at Roosevelt. Requesting a transcript is easy, but how you request a transcript may depend on your relationship to the university. Please select from one of the options below.
Current Roosevelt University students can choose to request an official or unofficial transcript.
All transcript orders must be submitted online.
Roosevelt University has retained Parchment to assist with transcript orders. Parchment uses current web encryption to secure your personal information.

Yes. You have the ability to upload (JPG, GIF, TIF or PNG format) or fax any attachments that need to accompany your transcript. During the ordering process, you will be able to indicate that you have attachments and will be given specific instructions on how to upload or fax your documents.
Alumni and former students, including RMUI Alumni and former students (prior to 2008) can choose to request official and unofficial transcripts.

Some alumni/former students using this option may be required to submit a signed authorization form before transcripts can be processed. Instructions for submitting this form will be provided if it is necessary for your order. There are no additional costs to alumni/former students if authorization forms are needed. You will need to create a Parchment Account before placing your order.

Former students with Bursar or library holds cannot place transcript requests until the holds are resolved. Other types of holds do not prevent transcript orders. Former students owing past due amounts must contact Office of Financial Aid Services, and former students with outstanding items or fees from the University Library should contact the Library to resolve the hold before ordering a transcript.
