Eligibility

Applications are available to all eligible undergraduate students at Roosevelt University who are enrolled at the university as a current student or admitted and committed student in an upcoming academic semester.

Students must:

  • Be a STEM major – see list of majors for reference
  • Be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or U.S. National
  • Have an academic need
  • Identify with at least one of the following
    • A first-generation college student, whose parents or guardians have not earned a four-year college degree
    • Income eligible student based on U.S. Department of Education, Federal TRIO Program Current-Year Low-Income Levels
    • A student with a documented disability

  • One-on-one Advising
  • Peer Navigators (Peer Mentors, Peer Tutors, Mental Health Mentors)
  • Cultural Enrichment Activities
  • Financial Aid Assistance
  • Academic, Personal, Career Development, and Financial Literacy Workshops
  • Mental health support, awareness, education, and referrals
  • Referrals to departments and resources
  • Advocate for students within the Roosevelt community
